For BIOASSAY of POTENTIAL ATATAXIC AGENT:

a) The auditory stimulus is provided by two high quality bells. Controlled by switches on the front side of the chamber, just below the door. Either one or both bells may be rung at a time.

b) TYPE NAND: The Audiogenic Chamber Type NAND, provides white noise auditory stimulus for evaluation of ataraxic agents. The Auditory stimulus is provided by a solid state white noisegenerator, the intensity of which is variable and indicated on a meter.
